Immediately after passing through Catesby Tunnel in the down direction, the line then crossed over the majestic Catesby Viaduct. Thankfully, this magnificent work of bluebrick architecture stands testimony to the vision of Sir Edward Watkin to this day, although the view from the trackbed is less than inspiring, so....
