A platelayers hut and farm overbridge make up the foreground, the North Portal of Catesby Tunnel makes up the background. This viewpoint is looking towards London, and the trackbed is on a rising gradient in this direction. Water collects in this area and the trackbed is very damp and marsh-like underfoot. Best avoided.
